Association of Lawyers of Russian Federation
All-Russian non-governmental organization “Association of Lawyers of Russia” is a membership-based voluntary self-governing non-governmental association that is formed at the initiative of citizens on the basis of solidarity of their interests in order to realize their common purposes. The organization is the largest non-governmental association and unites practicing lawyers, scholars, statesmen and public persons.
The main objectives of the Association are to promote formation of a rule-of-law state and a civil society in Russia, to enhance prestige of the legal professions in Russia and abroad, to study and extend foreign experience in the field of law, to develop comprehensive relations with international associations of lawyers, governmental agencies and academic institutions of other countries and to participate in activities of international organizations.
