During the forum days we will arrange the transfer from Kazan international airport to the Korston Club Hotel for the participants. There will be Kazan Legal information desk with the transfers schedule located in the arrivals area. Comfortable shuttle buses with Kazan Legal logo are easy to spot and will safely drive guests to the venue.
We gather information about the forum delegates’ arrival time to schedule transfers in the most convenient way. It is possible, however, that you would have to wait up to 20 mins.
Information desk attendant will assist you with ordering a taxi.
The process of obtaining a Russian visa will depend on your country of residence. Please check the requirements for your jurisdiction. We advise that you obtain a single entry tourist visa. Please apply and process your visa ASAP, and at least 3 weeks before your travel dates.
If you are staying at the Korston Hotel (where the Forum will be taking place), you need to take the following steps:
- Reserve a room at the Korston Hotel – please write to the hotel at: Reservation@kzn.korston.ru and advise that you are taking part in the Legal Forum, to obtain a discount for your room.
- Pay for the room (at least the first night), and receive your reservation reference number.
- Then, follow up with a further email to the hotel to request visa support, and provide a copy of your passport photo page.
- Korston Hotel will send a form of their visa support letter, that you will take with you to the visa application center (this takes approximately 1-2 working days).
- This process should be similar in other hotels also, please liaise with them directly with your enquiries.
